If the player uses a complex custom banner for himself, it might get monocolored in the next reload. Make sure to save the game and move a bit on the map, game loads this mod after a save and a time tick, not while paused.
(before starting any new mod, i always recommend using the Module Unblocker mod, because some Windows iterations block. Check the CBU Pack Mod at launch, and enjoy! Make sure to disable the POC Color Mod if you have it, it can cause issues. Unzip the download CBUPack2.4.2 folder, and inside the extracted folder should be a folder named "CBUPack", put it in the Modules folder in the Bannerlord directory.
